Delivery Policy

At TEJ intelligence, we are committed to delivering high-quality AI solutions and software tools within a predictable timeframe. Because our work is custom-built to your specifications, we follow a structured delivery process.

1. Project initiation & timeline

Advance payment: Delivery timelines begin only after the 40% advance payment has been cleared and all project requirements have been finalized.

Consultation: Before order confirmation, we discuss your expectations in detail to ensure the scope of work is clear. Based on this discussion, we provide an Estimated Delivery Date (Deadline).

2. Our commitment to deadlines

We pride ourselves on efficiency and always strive to deliver your service before the agreed-upon deadline.

Delivery is considered "complete" when the software, tool, or project files are handed over to the client or deployed to the agreed environment.

3. Potential delays & extensions

AI development is a complex, iterative process. While we hit our marks 99% of the time, "Critical Issues" (such as server-side API changes, unforeseen data complexities, or debugging high-level AI logic) may occasionally arise.

Grace period: In the event of a critical technical issue, we reserve the right to extend the deadline by a maximum of 7 days.

Communication: If a delay is necessary, we will provide you with a detailed and efficient reason for the setback and an updated delivery schedule. We believe in total transparency throughout the development cycle.

4. Client responsibilities

To ensure we meet your deadline, we require:

  • Timely feedback on milestones.
  • Prompt delivery of any proprietary data or API keys needed for the project.

Any delay in client response or data provision will result in an automatic and equal extension of the delivery deadline.

5. Final delivery & handover

Once the final product is ready, we will notify you via email or your preferred communication channel.

The final 60% balance is due upon delivery (unless otherwise stated in your specific project contract).

Credentials, source code, or full access rights will be transferred immediately upon receipt of the final payment.
